KS Konstrukcje Stalowe is constantly focusing on the development and improvement of its skills and the constant modernization of its equipment and production lines. We are a permanent and competent partner for a wide range of services such as:

KS Konstrukcje Stalowe is based on the high competences of our employees. All staff individually hold the appropriate welding qualifications, including the highly regarded German Grosser Eignungsnachweis SLV certificate according to DIN 18 800 T1 and T3. This ensures high quality production and the highest safety standards - for our employees and customers.

We pay special attention to the professional special welding of pipes and pipelines and flanges in fluid hydraulic systems. We meticulously strive to completely eliminate welding spatter on the surface of products.

ORDER SIMPLY,
RECEIVE ON TIME

The starting point for placing an order with our company is a telephone conversation. During the conversation we will establish all the necessary order details such as:

  • technical parameters,
  • commercial arrangements,
  • order volume,
  • delivery time.
Then, during further meetings, at the Client's company or during Client’s visit to KS KONSTRUKCJE STALOWE, we will present the current status of work, hand-drawn sketches of the project, technical drawing and other documentation. Correspondence is kept in electronic form - until the acceptance of the project.

IDEA

We work on the basis of customer documentation - we support most CAD formats. We can also make workshop documentation according to customer guidelines - tailored to the project.

DESIGN STAGE

We develop the exact process and estimate when the project will be ready. We always make accurate technological documentation.

IMPLEMENTATION

The project goes through the stages of production. We create single elements, which after welding form the final structure. This, after a thorough inspection, is finally placed in the hands of the finishing staff, who take care of the aesthetics of the product.

SATISFACTION

We guarantee the highest quality of the product in accordance with customer expectations.
Then the product, together with the necessary quality documentation, is delivered to the indicated place.
